The philosophy of The Mack Law Offices is to represent clients in a professional manner to successfully resolve all matters, first, by negotiation and settlement, and second, through litigation.

Based in Desert Palm, California, we serve the Coachella Valley and eastern Riverside County in divorce and family law and breach of contract matters. Our attorney is also available as a neutral in private dispute resolution outside the California court system, serving as a private trial judge, arbitrator, or mediator.

New clients, often referred to us by past clients and other attorneys, frequently complain that their previous lawyer was inefficient or unresponsive. The Mack Law Offices is a smaller firm by design, providing a personalized approach to professional legal services. We return phone calls and keep clients informed and involved. We monitor our caseload so that we can promptly respond to all clients, opposing counsel, and responsibilities to the court. We respect our clients and have compassion for the difficult family issues they face.

Experience and Insights

Mr. Mack is a retired Commissioner for the Riverside County Consolidated Courts in Indio where he served from 1995 to 2004. Though not appointed by the governor, he presided over all matters and served in the same capacities as an appointed judge. Prior to his selection as a Court Commissioner in 1995, Mr. Mack practiced in family law and civil litigation from 1976 through 1995.

Mr. Mack’s tenure as a judicial officer allows him to see the heart of most issues quickly and to assess the best approach for a satisfactory resolution. But even more importantly, Mr. Mack’s judicial experience has prompted him to resolve matters, whenever possible, without the expenditures of time, money, and emotions inherent in litigation.
